Lots of photos posted here of very good looking girls. A single photo does not give you enough information, so many times I've met girls on dating apps and when I meet them they are quite different. My gf has no silicone, breast are smallish but natural, that's the way I like them. She decided to get a breast enlargement and literally showed us the final results. Now I don't think size is necessarily a dead ringer as a tell for silicone. When I was still in HS I had a freshman GF who had a Thai body type and size but was a 36D cup. With a bra or other clothing I'd think it would be impossible to say for sure. And then more of the same... Michael Jackson was probably the poster child for thinking plastic surgery would fix his problems. Obviously didn't work. Women are judged much more than men on physical appearance, so I'm happy to be male. You are right about the psychological aspect. Doesn't matter what they eventually look like, as mentally they are still the same person.
