Temp driver's licence renewal

Renewed temp drivers licence almost 2 years ago. Expires soon. Is there still the 1 year grace after expiry to renew? I seem to recall it used to be 1 year plus 1 year grace.

Also, any issues at land transport office ... read of delays due to covid. In bkk currently.

Yes, you have a year to get it done. It’s a good idea to do the video test online - that’s valid for 3 months as far as I remember, maybe 6. Once you do that you need to make an appointment somehow.
 

I have a 5 year which ran out in March and I did in December. Hope it’s the same for you.
