Bangkok Barry Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I like to watch YouTube videos of people out for the evening in Bangkok and they show very many people using e cigs. Strangely, 100% of them using are women. 1

It is up to you, to decide what should or should not be banned and what should be used instead? Did i get that correct? Any reason why cars should not be banned from the streets? or processed foods? 2

I don't care if you vape like a little girl. It's already against the law in Thailand. Get your head out of the sand. 1

Because there is some really stupid movement going around the world that kids are using e-cigs because they have so many flavors. Just the do-gooders destroying peoples lives again. E-cigs are a godsend compared to regular cigs 1

Tim207 Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 Strange how people are quick to say things that dont effect them should be banned but scream about any restriction on things that would impact them. Authoritarian a-holes are going to be authoritarian a-holes. 1 1
dinsdale Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 More than 70% polled were non-smokers would be my guess.
userabcd Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 But still see people smoking these things everywhere albeit they seem to try and do it furtively. Whatever happened to the situation in the news pre covid where many people were getting some kind of lung infection and dying from that. It was at one time all over the news but disappeared whe covid reared its head.
mommysboy Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 It's their country. The fact that they have been utterly misinformed about e-cigarettes is sad- thousands of lives could be saved as in the UK. But what can you do? We have to live with it. 1

Popular Post JonnyF Posted January 26, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 26, 2022 Fortunately for my health I ignored the law on this and switched to e-cigarettes about 5 years ago. I was then able to wean myself off them gradually and haven't smoked at all for about 4 years. They are a great tool for quitting. Which is probably why they will remain illegal in Thailand since the government collects the tax and then gives very little back to help the people who suffer health problems as a result of smoking. 3
