Daily News Thai Caption: Lover shot dead

 

Daily News reported on yet another case of revenge because of marital infidelity in Thailand.

 

On this occasion a man called Rungroj, aged 31, had been working in Israel for six years.

 

When he came back earlier this year he discovered that his wife had been sleeping with a neighbor called Phichit, 28, while he was away.

So Rungroj borrowed a .38 revolver from a friend called Lek on the pretext of calling in a debt.

 

Hethen got drunk to embolden himself for what was to come. 

 

He then drove his Nissan Almera to Phichit's home, woke him from his slumbers in bed and promptly shot him dead.

 

He then calmly left the scene.

 

Sri Bunreuang police in Nong Bua Lamphu soon had the suspect in custody and took him on a reenactment of the crime that occurred Tuesday in Nong Bua Tai sub-district.

 

Rungroj has been charged with premeditated murder and detained.

I hope this Phichit is not the same 'Man' who 'Dander' with other Thai's wives.....

Thai uncle did the same, but he was wrong his wife hadn't been unfaithful......only served 5 years.......no wonder they are so quick to grab a gun.

I feel sorry for Phichit, who was only getting his end away with some woman. It is the wife who Hethen should have shot. But TIT.

Guess so until her next hook-up gets shot. Of course if she has a FB account her pictures will let her down even with a name change.

Is it not possible to delete photos on a Farcebook account. Or completely delete the account, or DO NOT tell the new boy/girl friend her FB details.

so he was drinking drunk? he should. be charged….at least it was the alcohol and not him that killed his neighbor…..

And has Lek been charged with knowingly aiding and abetting the calling in of a debt with a gun (or so she thought)?

The wife of the school director at my nephew's school shot her husband dead because she thought he was having an affair. He wasn't. A chap who recently murdered an 18-year old down south was arrested in the next village to us. Another in my wife's village shot dead a kid taking apples from his tree. When you have three murders within a few kilometres of where you live then I'd say that murders are endemic here in the Land of Smiles.

One would think that the wife is at fault here. She doesn't open the legs - no affair can take place.

That is really crazy, you go to jail for many years if your using some drugs not bothering someone but if you shoot someone your out in 5 years.

I feel that its mostly insecure males that think the way you do. Killing someone over an affair just crazy. The thing to do is a divorce not a murder.

They don't even try to hide it here. Too lazy to go to the next town to have an affair. It is always the next door neighbor. Strange!
