Track Lights , with Dimmable Globe and Wall Switches

Back home i had track lights with dimmable globes with a nice narrow beam, and a adjustable wall switch that allowed me to back of the light to almost Zero

here { Hua Hin area } the only thing ive been able to source are broad beam lights and switches that only reduce the light intensity to about 30 %,,, nothing lower

Are there narrow beam globes, and Switches that adjust light intensity to near zero available in Thailand..
