Trump ostracized at pope’s funeral
What ???? This would have to be the most bizarre explanation of why it cannot be surmised that Trump was possibly asleep at the time the picture was taken. So far we have: 1. The pictures are fake having been edited by AI or photoshop, etc. (How original for a MAGA). 2. Trump could not possibly be asleep as he is sitting unsupported. (We all know that it is impossible to fall asleep whilst in a sitting position, don't we ?) 3. As the picture is only a snapshot of a point in time, we are possibly fooled into thinking that this image lasted longer than the shutter speed of the camera, (based on the notion that, when somebody talks, their face distorts into bizarre shapes) So forget the nonsense about the face distorting. Look at the pictures below,(from a neutral standpoint), and ask your self, "If I was shown these pictures and asked what do I think the man in these pictures is doing, based on the information contained in the WHOLE picture, I could surmise that he was........" The images do not prove he was sleeping, (that is not my argument), but what could be reasonably surmised from the information contained within ? If you still wish to standby the snapshot, point in time, theory rather than make a deduction based on the total scene, then you would have to agree that those pictures of Biden "sleeping" were erroneous as well, would you not ? I simply do not understand why Trump supporters will go to these extreme lengths to try and twist the narrative. -

Old people with zero English skills while the younger staff just watch and can speak English
Nearly every time I see someone complaining, or observing a shortfall within Thailand, some lame guy, who has not taken the time to think things through, nor to devote any focus or effort to a reasonable reply, says something like "Perhaps Thailand is not for you", or maybe you should leave, or the top prize, "if you do not like it here, go back to your own country". Hard to even respond to such inane statements. Why? Because I have some issues with the place? Sorry to inform you, but the nature of a discerning mind, is to have issues. Though absolute contentment must be a beautiful state of mind, it is not something most of us are blessed with, in case you have not noticed. The fact that I complain, does not mean I do not love Thailand, nor most of it's people. I do. I love my life here. I have a very good life here. But, I do have some complaints, and there are some things I would love to see improved. I should leave because of that? Please. Next time you make a post, try to devote at least two moments of thought to it. -

Why so many conspiracy theorists and what to do about them
Could hold forth on it for hours but I think 2 things: 1. Social media has given a megaphone to even the dimmest and the most evil. 2. Like religion, if science is too hard then why not learn a few fairy tales instead? They're much easier to remember and can make you sound just as impressive as any 'expert' that 'the sheeple' agree with. You can even be called 'sheeple' on AN no less. It attracts losers who fancy themselves as 'freedom fighters' and 'pioneers' of some kind of 'alternative facts'. They are anything but. Just watch a couple of 'sovereign citizens' on YouTube giving their passive aggressive lip to traffic cops. You can tell by their vocabulary, voice patterns and body language they'd never dare argue with a Moscow, Beijing or a Minsk cop like that. It only works with disciplined western democratically trained cops who have a mandate not to assault smart a$$35, and they live in a justice system that won't ship them off to the Gulag for a year or two. Navalnies they are definitely not. By the way, I am aware not all cops behave in a 'western democratically trained' fashion. But most do. I am also not suggesting 'sovcits' should have their heads caved in and be shipped off to the Gulag. I'm merely pointing out that free societies sometimes have to contend with real trash and that democracy is not for weak nerves or the mentally lame. That's why angry, scared little people always try to undermine it. They don't understand it and it scares them. Conspiracy theory and tyranny is easier. For the leaders and the led. But then maybe I'm just a sheeple. -
