You do not need appointment for evisa https://www.thaievisa.go.th/

It costs around 1200 Baht for single 60 days TR visa. I got reply with printable visa within a week.

Are you asking about appointments at immigration. There is a new nationwide system and each office has their own link to do the appointment.

It is for retirement Visa renewal at changwattana Bangkok. When I go to the website the link to make the appointment is not working

Be sure you understand that you are looking for a one-year extension of your permission to stay, not applying for a visa.

For those interested, in Chiangmai it work fine. I did my 1 year retirement last month using the appointment system. Quick and efficient if you have all necessary documents.
