I'm flying on Friday and don't want to blow 3,800 on a PCR test at Bangkok Pattaya unless its the only option.

Antigen 24 hour test is accepted by the airlines but hard to find here.

 Jomtien has Chanya Medical Clinic near the Hanumann statue - Tel: 038 303 762.

 

Also a place at the airport if you have to leave it to the last minute.  Tel 084 660 4096 to confirm they're still operating.

Yes,  my buddy went to get one at a clinic and it came back positive.  A few moments later he heard an ambulance in the distance he jump on his motorbike and took off assuming it was for him.  No one ever tried to contact him after that he knows of,  but why risk it test first before you go for the document.

At least so you can arrange in full " freedom" for suspending flight if you find by yourself test a positive ....delay flight for x time and stay as much possible in your own quarantaine untill not infected anymore .....saves a lot of Thb 

I had Covid a few weeks ago.  I'm not really worried about a positive test.  Then again, TIT....
