The outlying Binh Tan District takes the lead in Ho Chi Minh City's 2021 Public Administration Reform Index ranking thanks to its technology application.

 

According to the list released Tuesday by the city's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, Binh Tan leads 21 districts and Thu Duc City with 94.27 points.

 

It is followed by District 10 with 93.48 points and the central District 1 with 93.01 points.
