By co-incidence, I spoke to a German friend at the weekend. He is departing to Frankfurt on Saturday and assured me that as long as you are fully vaccinated no test nor quarantine is needed.

I do not know how things are with covid in these countries now, but I think that you do not need to take any tests with you or fill them out.
