and to make it very clear, is that why he was driving a benz?

One wonders what the age of the Benz was...Saw one advertised here in BKK for just a little over 1.1 MThb, and that was for a 2014 C-180 AMG Coupe, a few others just under 1 MThb and they looked to be in fabulous condition, so not a Hi-So car so much.....

One more case where legalized weed may have saved 3 lives.

He'd have been too busy laughing and looking for a snack.

So he has taken three lives, and ruined how many others? There are probably dirt poor families, including children relying on income from those workers. Not to mention the grief of losing a loved one.

Wouldn't be surprised if there was no drink or drugs involved. Just another self entitled p***k with money, who was in a bad mood over something.

So many stories about not only the police being corrupt and involved in criminal activities, but also people really having no respect for the law or police whatsoever.  I know people will say that the police need to change and make people respect them, but laws exists independently to the police.

What it points to is that there needs to be significant change in the way the law is viewed in Thailand, by all parties, to make things like this a rarity rather than a regular occurrence.

Ritthipong was taken to hospital with a broken rib.

My suggestion would be a shot in the head.

So Toll Booth operators must be on fantastic wages or could one assume not every motorist received a receipt?

The car in involved is old possibly from the nineties . Maybe worth just 200,000 baht or less .

I can see the model type from the photo

...and defamation...??

<deleted>!

Understand the other charges, but this one.

What exactly accounted to be classified as such act this case?

Putting tall booth collectors in bad light for driving a Mercedes only, when the standard should be a Porsche?

3 counts of murder and one attempted murder charge.

Should sort out his games for the rest of his life...

The finger having a different meaning in the pokey, hope he enjoys the party life.

1 count of negligent driving causing death.

Doubt he will get much more than a stiff fine.
