The rules have changed so much that it starts to get confusing.  What was suggested, versus approved.

I have the Mor Prom app and it shows my digital vaccine record.
Now my name on it is not exactly correct.

It has as my first name my short name, like Mike instead of Michael and then my last name twice.
For my Surname it has my complete formal name like Michael Joseph Smith.

Is that a problem and if so, where do you go to get it corrected?

Do you need only the digital certificate or do you need something hard copy as well.

Any other requirements other than a passport, covid vaccine proof?

On the Mor Prom app, tap the International Certificate tab, scroll down and you should see a yellow colored tab that says "Request for COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate / Adding Vaccination Information".

Tap on that and a page with your Personal Data should show up and you will be able to edit the information.  Give that a try.

Pesonal data can also be edited in your profile.  Tap the pic top left next to your name on the opening screen, tap the right arrow next to your name and ID No. on the next screen, tap Edit Profile on the next screen.

Perhaps you can help me.  I went to the Morprom app.  I edited the information and I hit the request QR vaccine certificate.  No matter what date, I put in it says that date is not available.

I have my hard copy of my vaccines but do I need the digital certificate in order to be eligible to fly and if so, what does a person do if the system is either so full it won't accept any more or it is no longer doing them because the requirements are no longer in force.

That's a tough one that you cannot select a date to get your vaccine certificate. I got my booster on February 17 at the local amphur.  The booster showed up on the Thailand Certificate of Covid-19 Vaccination in the Mor Prom app, but weeks later it still did not show on the International certificate.

If you were able to successfully edit your personal information, it may take at least a day for the updated information to show on the Mor Prom app.  If your passport information on the certificate is correct, that may be ok if you were unable to update your name. You can print that International Certificate and it has a QR code when printed.

Actually, if you were to get an appointment to go get it, you would end up getting a Vaccine passport and not a printed copy of the International Certificate.

The location I had to go to to get my international certificate updated in the Mor Prom app was in Bangkok:

Bangrak Building, Sathorn Tai Road, Sathorn District, Bangkok (Near the Saint Louis BTS Station).

Walk in may be accepted if you are able to show the Mor Prom app at the reception desk on the ground floor.

Another reason I did this was that I wanted to have my passport number put on the Thailand Certificate Of Covid-19 Vaccination,  the guy behind the computer said it would be updated "tomorrow", tomorrow came and went and that certificate still does not have my passport number.  But the International Certificate did get updated with my booster shot showing the next day

I have been doing some checking.  The app won't allow you to have it mailed.  The QR code which I would think would be automatic says date not available, no matter what date you put in.

I have read that some of the provincial health offices can give you the certificate but like everything in Thailand trying to find out the specifics on the internet is difficult

Thanks for your help.

Are you using the pop-up calendar to select a date?  I vaguely remember having to select a date at least 3 days away as they say there's a 3 day lead time.  Playing about with it now it appears all dates in May except for weekends and the 4th, 13th, 16th and 30th can be selected.

Yes I selected every date in April and finally got one to take on May 10.  However I leave on my flight May 7.

I guess I need to physically go to the health center here in Pattaya for a physical copy.

Hard to believe that it would take almost two weeks to get a certificate QR code.
