What sort of help do you want? Advice on where to go?

There is no 90 day extension you can apply for other than for medical treatment unless you are on a Special Tourist Visa (STV) entry.

If you have permit till July 10 you can buy reentry permit.

The reentry permit will also expire July 10.

You can obtain reentry permit at immigration or airport prior to  departure

Don't understand that.

90 days would be for a non O marriage visa.

You mention "I live with a Thai.."

So do I, however you need to be married to a Thai to obtain non O marriage.

The 90 days would granted after applying for a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai. To apply for it requires 400k baht in a Thai bank.

If married it would be the same except that he would be the one supplying his proof of income (15k baht).

Are you sure he didnt mean next time do your 90 days. ie 90 day report for staying in Thailand 90 days. As said there is no 90 day extension other than obtaining a non O and then an extension of stay on retirement or marriage.
