Ordinary Thais have no access to world class medical care like us; therefore, they have no choice but to play it double safe.  Double masking and extra boosters etc......

We get long covid, we are covered by our country's strong social safety net.

Ordinary Thais get long covid, they are covered by the generous merit makers outside the buddhist temples.

That's what I told my ex-girlfriend; if I ever get seriously sick, just use my money to buy a flight ticket for me, and put me on the next plane...

Fortunately, in so many years, I've only been seriously sick once, and this was solved with over-the-counter medicine.

The hospitals for ordinary Thais are as well equipped as our animal clinics.

The more I experience third world life, the more I appreciate the life I am living now.

Why would you want to experience poor Thai peoples life? If you have money you can have a great life here.

The only nonsense is written by you!
Thais only have access to public hospitals (free) if they contribute to social security.

There is nothing wrong about learning different culture and standard of livings.

For me, That is what traveling is all about.

Seeing how the Thai cleaning ladies wearing double masks and working under 90F temperature is scary.

But I know that if she can't work due to  covid, she might become homeless in less than a month.

Tenant protection laws are for citizens of wealthy democratic countries.
