Commander of Chon Buri provincial police Pol Maj-Gen Attasit Kitjaharn, who ordered the transfer of the four officers yesterday (Tuesday), said that the four should have exercised better judgment, by taking into consideration both the legal and social aspects, before making the arrest. Popular Post Pinot
Always trying to make a baht. This should get the word out to the BIB to lay off. I'm hoping that young plants or seedlings will be available for sale. Edited June 1, 2022 by Pinot 5
Popular Post richard_smith237
A good response... the issue of course is that the Police are untrained and lack any familiarity with the laws they are theoretically there to enforce.... IF they just stuck to not riding on pavements and keep away from controlling traffic lights they’d already be doing the country a service ! 21 1 3

Covid rules hundred if not thousand that keep their heads spinning. In Pattaya everyone has stretch rules to the point everyone knows what is going on but leaders continue down the same path. Police look at each other face Mai Lo? they can't even determine how to direct traffic aside from putting out cones to close the road and then walk away. Transfer this their solution to everything or should I say how much is in that envelope. ????

It's still illegal! It's legal but not yet! It's legal but you need to follow rules that haven't been written yet!" - that no one could possibly understand what "the law" actually was. 5
Popular Post Andycoops
The utter pettiness of these so called officers is just vulgar. Popular Post Pedrogaz
What really angers me about this? Well, why does it take 4 cops to arrest this 56 yo woman. Why are police wasting time on this nonsense crime? It's one plant for goodness' sake....she's not exactly Pablo Escobar. Wouldn't police be better travelling the road and handing out tickets for atrocious driving? Wouldn't that save lives, as opposed to this useless stunt? 3

jvs
You would think the RTP has weekly meetings where policies etc.are updated and people are informed of the latest rules,i guess not. Just like teacher should all know by now they are not allowed to cut the hair of students? One teacher did not get that memo and attempted to do the deed. He found out the hard way, some students beat him up pretty good!
spidermike007
I suspect it is going to be a tall order, to ask the RTP to give up what has likely been an extremely lucrative franchise for a long time. And as they just announced, smoking ganga will remain illegal for the foreseeable future. So, the RTP loophole rolls on. All the noise Anutin made, and like usual it is just noise, and means nothing.

Dont confuse me
Either they were attempting to 'earn' some tea money and she didn't play ball or its down to a total lack of supervision/incompetence by the inspector. Either way they shouldn't be in that line of work.
rudi49jr
They were probably looking for some easy tea money. Only wish they would stop transferring these corrupt cops to inactive posts and just can their sorry @sses.
