Have to replace tile floor with vinyl flooring.

I have a question,

I have to replace my tile floor in the kitchen with a glued vinyl floor after removing all the kitchen cabinets.

Also I have to replace outside tiles with new one.

Does somebody knows a good quality company who can do that and not some Thai hobbyist.
