He misjudged the speed they were walking he had no intention of stopping, Case  of me me me

  • I don't know how that bike rider didn't see the large group of children on the crosswalk and have time to stop. More likely he thinks he has the right of way.   Prosecutions and heavy penalt

  • It's a very sad state of affairs when the report needs to state "police said that the motorcyclist did not flee the scene."

  • Had problem stopping in time??? To me it looks like a fairly big road, with the possibility to see from far away.

Taught from an early age that the motorcycle has the right of way, yes. (Not taught, only in certain circumstances)
