Cleaning detergent for Tile (& glass) bathroom?

Hi guys, 

 

I'm not too accustomed with the brands here and I would like a recommendation for a cleaning products that I can use in my bathroom. It's ceramic tiles from what I can tell. It has windows on its side and a normal glass cleaner doesn't fix the spots here (I guess the water is different than back home).

Whatever you buy, the information on it will be in Thai.

 

For that reason I try to buy a brand which is also available outside of Thailand so that I can google for pictures and read the English description. 

This stuff cleans up anything, windows,

lime scale, bog stains,

I even use it to take rust off old car parts.

Photograph shows the Chinese writing

so that you can easily ask for it in Mandarin.

I have read some of these cleaning fanatics use a paste of white vinegar and  baking baking soda for shower glass.
