A 26-year-old man in Vietnam's southern Ben Tre Province was arrested on Tuesday for raping and murdering a 13-year-old girl.

 

Vo Hoang Khang is under investigation for "murdering," "raping someone under 16," and "robbery."

 

According to police, a cash-strapped Khang had planned to rob his brother's 13-year-old classmate, whom he had previously met.
