News Parliament allocates $3.62 bln for building 3 expressways

The National Assembly has approved funding for the first phase of construction of two expressways in the south and one in the south-central region.

At a session Thursday legislators authorized a sum of VND84 trillion ($3.62 billion) for the work.

The Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot Expressway will run 32.7 kilometers in central Khanh Hoa Province and 84 kilometers in the Central Highlands' Dak Lak Province, and is expected to foster both economic and tourism development.
