Is it legal to order/buy a joint now?

Haven't had one for the best part of a decade, wouldn't mind 'one' in the evening, what's the rules/laws.

 

Oh and if legal, where can one order a ready made joint (i don't know how to roll).

Yes, legal to grow, own, use buy or sell cannabis plants including flowers and seeds.

 

Not legal to produce extracts with over 0.2% THC content.

Yes, but illegal to smoke in public. Certain dispensaries/sellers do pre-rolled joints, like prikpot.
