They stop vaccinations this Thursday or Friday? How about the time between 3rd and 4th shot; still the full 6 months required?

I think the current waiting period policy in Thailand for booster shots is 4 months after your prior shot... not 6 months after. I had a four month waiting period between my 3rd and 4th shots (first and second boosters) given at Bang Sue, Jan. 2022 and then May 2022.

Okay, for the 4th shot, are they as strict as for the others? (It's only been 3.5 months since my third.)

Guess, I'll wait the remaining 2.5 weeks. - I tried to find updated info/news about the Bang Sue vaccination facility, but news on Google are outdated, and no info on FB. kidneyw
I had my 4th, shot after four months. My daughter, who is obviously younger, did not receive any notification to come and get a 4th. so obviously age is also a factor.

david_je
Would someone who has gotten it recently at Bang Sue confirm that you can get Moderna as a second booster four months after your first booster, which was Pfizer? Is there a phone number there? I could not find online. Thanks. Edited July 3, 2022 by david_je

Popular Post Pib
The wife and I got our 4th jab at Bang Sue Grand Station today/14 July. We had made an appt last week but you can just walk-in also. We showed up at noon for our 1pm appt. At the entrance they give you a simple form to complete (they have Thai and English version forms). If you had an appt you are directed to a certain entrance...if a walk-in you are directed to another entrance. Upon entering they have an area to complete the form and they asked whether we wanted Pfizer or Moderna....and then we were directed to the appropriate area. The wife and I chose Moderna. When walking to the Moderna area we saw they also had AstraZeneca and Pfizer areas. Our queue time in the Moderna waiting queue area was about 30 minutes...and then another 20 minutes in the "after jab" area to ensure you are OK. So it took about an hour or so total. LOTS of people getting jabs--LOTS. But Bang Sue's setup to quickly process people/give jabs worked well...things moved along fast. Plenty of available parking. 2
topswijaya
Did you bring passport for non Thai citizen?
Pib
2 hours ago, topswijaya said: Did you bring passport for non Thai citizen? Yes you should. But if you make an appt online where you enter your ID (passport or Pink ID card for a foreigner) you "might" not need to bring your ID as you would need to show the appt QR code which contains your ID number. If you didn't have the QR code you would surely need to show some ID. But generally you should always take along your passport (or Pink ID) because ID is typically asked for/required sometime during the process. I used and showed my Pink ID card but had my passport in case they asked. I've only used my Pink ID card for all of my jabs.
