Good Public Toilet

Featured Replies

Following on from the post regarding our dear leader's wish to find salubrious places to entertain his lamboproctological aides and followers: Are there any decent public loos in or around Chiang Mai?

Disregarding hotels and restaurants, my personal favourite is not in Chiang Mai but rather in Tak. The Q8 petrol station on the South-bound highway in Tak is one of the cleanest and most pleasant to enter anywhere. It is certainly well above the standard of many loos in western countries. Well worth a visit if you are in need on a CM-BKK journey. Make sure to avoid the Q8 on the north bound carriageway though. Can smell it from yards away.
