It does not matter where you are staying. You will have to do 90 day reports.

The 90 day report is an address report required by immigration so that they know where to find you.

They couldn't give a toss where that is just so long as you tell them.

The 90-day report is like death (used to be "death and taxes" but who pays taxes anymore?).

Please, don't have the Smart Car come after you.   Late, 2000 baht penalty (I think you get a week grace period, might depend on office).

Luckily it has worked online for me the last three times....... but you have to have gone there one time before and not sure if you change addresses.....

A bit off-topic, but what sort of deal/discount did you get for a 1 year stay ?

To Tuvoc:

By signing a 1 year contract with the hotel( I pay monthly rent) works out at about the equivalent of a discount around 20%.
