I should add that treatment at privat hospitals was not convincing.

Have you tried the PT Dept. at Rajavej? I found them to be excellent.

So, treatment at ALL private hospitals was "not convincing" or just the one you went to, and in all depts at that hospital, or just the dept or just the dr you saw?

My friend stayed at McKean about 3 years ago, he also received some Physio there, I was with him to assist.

My impression at that time was that it did not have much in the way of high tech gadgets, but the staff were excellant.

Realy the only way to find out if it meets your needs is to pay them a visit.
