Riddle me this, Lacessit.  Why did Newsweek come out with an article quoting two anonymous high level DOJ sources who said they were cleared to state that the DOJ had no knowledge of the raid.

Garland sets his own schedule, why should he listen to the bleatings  of Fox talking heads and Republican politicians? Why should he answer gotcha questions from a right-wing rump of the media? Is that the way you think the legal process should work?

 

The scientific method teaches respect for facts, evidence, and only accepting hypotheses after they have been tested to destruction. Sadly, I don't see any respect for those attributes from pro-Trump supporters on this thread, it is all what-aboutism, look over there, and it's a lefty conspiracy.

I was not saying that any files were planted by the FBI and neither are other people .

   I also wasn't saying that the search warrant wasn't legal . Although its quite possible that the Judge who signed them may have been a bit biased and may not have signed them if it wasnt Trump being raided

Trump still receives classified documents from the security agencies as all former POTUS's have  protection by security agents .

No he would not receive classified documents he would be invited and given intelligence briefings regarding security issues of which he might have knowledge of, but he would not be given classified documents.

Having had various security clearances for over 40 years now, continuously and contiguously without any breaks since I first started in the Defense Industry when I joined the US Air Force, I find the allegations disturbing.  The various news sources have used words such as Special Access Programs, and the even TS/SCI.  And then I read about some documents were de-classified locally or something like that. Classifying and declassifying documents is not done by just anybody.  If TS (Top secret) things were taken to the house, that is a serious violation.

I'm far from Trump supporter but it's not "Espionage" that he did.  He apparently declassified documents, took them home but perhaps didn't follow step by step procedure when declassifying,  Declassification Forms not signed or whatever.  He will get a slap on the wrist penalty, though many hoping and erroneously expecting jail time.
