I'd say, for whatever the motivation, a direct jibe as Prayut chaired the Police Commission since 2019 after he extended his PM position. If any of those in power were serious about stopping corruption it would be so easy to implement! 

Demand to see bank accounts and investment portfolios of the regional police chiefs.

I would suggest that an amoeba would quickly realise that the incomes do not match the money earned.

Joe Ferrari springs to mind wages 60k a month driving a 7 million baht car not to mention the properties etc!
