A meeting chaired by Prachuap Khiri Khan governor Sathian Charoenrian discussed the problem of illegal migrants and improving cross border trade, reported Siam Rath.

This followed the opening of the Singkhon crossing between Thailand and Myanmar for cross border trade in August.

The border is open for that between Monday and Saturday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
