Acting Prime Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan said it was “normal” for the Cabinet to allocate emergency funding from the central budget worth 1.32 billion Baht for the Ministry of Defence to pay for wages of military personnel, even though such payments are budgeted in the regular fiscal year 2022 budget.

Blown the budget.. can I borrow..

Thai style.
