Lazada verification now only by sms ?
I find them easy, you just have to get used to them I think it just comes down to individual preference - Its not 'harder' to use the Apps... It's just a lot easier to read everything on laptop sized screen... its easier to see the images, zoom in, check the specks etc on a larger laptop screen... The Apps also have pop-ups which the websites don't have. -

Stickman review of pattaya
"Need I go on", you say. Yes, you need to go on. Those are three very measely items in your 'worse' column. 'Girl prices' and Walking Street don't even affect most visitors and residents. I'll give you traffic being worse. And, maybe the Promenade--something not high on my list, and many others, I suspect, of things used frequently. Quite negligible for a list of things being worse. On the plus side, in addition to your on-line shopping, Grab taxi, and food delivery, I would list the new hospitals built, the improved 4-lane Motorway to Bangkok, the one Underpass that was built (out of 3 planned), improved flood control, lots of new restaurants and hotels, some electrical wire burial, such as North Pattaya Road, Terminal 21, Centre Point Space, and tons of other new retail. Just about every new car brand is now represented--nice when you are shopping for new transportation. In addition, housing choices have greatly expanded, both with condos and single-family homes. There really is something for everyone now, in all price points, and whether you rent or buy. Terrific selection, in a variety of different neighborhoods. The whole Darkside is booming, with the Lake Mabprchan area especially popular with new housing projects. New international schools have opened and yet another one, Highgate, will be opening next year. Something like 18 in total, which I find impressive. The big story, for me, is the truly huge amount of investment that has been done by the private sector since my spouse and I arrived in 2010. When you list it all it really is staggering. And, it continues today with impressive new projects just about everywhere you look, whether it's hotels, retail shops, or entertainment. And, most of it is geared, not to mongers but to families. And, definitely geared to those who do, in your words, "Leave their condo"--or nice pool villa--and find Pattaya now has just about everything they need. -

Solar panels 2025 ready to install but lots of Questions!
We have not yet moved in to the new house as not yet completed but i am using around 25 units in the day at my current house and around 10-15 units in the evening around 5pm-8am The night units will probably not change as we will have the 2 same a/cs running as we do at our current house The new house will probably have at least 2 more a/c units running in the day around 24k btu each Also a 1.5hp pool pump so i expect our day time units to go from 25 to at least 50? I will be having a on-grid system Panels will be facing south(i have had a car port made ready 3 phase I have been talking to a solar supply shop which will fit Deye inverter and all the panels and i will add a battery unless they do one that is not going to be over charged -
