6.5 mil people died, so what?  Do you know what normal death rate worldwide is?  About 60 mil, so it's a 10% higher than normal.

so death is death?

serial killers affect a family the same as cancer?

war the same as old age?

so if a family member dies in a "non-normal" way it will affect the entire family.

Now we are talking about like 3 billion affected in a "non-normal" way.

the mental implications are staggering.   If you see someone dying from COVID and left in a hospital like a bag of rice and quickly burned......not the same as old age.

of course it's easy to just say murdered is the same as an accident if you have no experience with losing anyone.

1, It might be down to the school directors, so there still might be masks in schools.

2, It might be brought back if they do go maskless and the numbers shoot up.

I'm optimistic and hoping for the best, but people should be realistic.

Once we see that school are choosing to go maskless and it isn't having a significantly adverse effect on covid, then we can breathe a sigh of relief.

Be careful breathing a sigh of relief???? could be masks again!

So how does that affect you, it doesn't,  so just move along and accept the fact your views are not there's, and no they are not sheeple.

To be fair, it does affect me if my child is still forced to wear a mask in school.

https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/number-of-deaths-per-year

The total "official" number of COVID deaths worldwide is reported as 6.5 million. But multiple studies from different sources have estimated the real number at between 15 and 20 million worldwide.

Also, the chart you're linking to above for all deaths worldwide shows the official total going from 58 million pre-COVID in 2019 to 69 million for 2021 in the midst of COVID -- an increase of 11 million.
