The man - who had worn the ring for more than 4 years wanted to improve the length of his manhood.

what does he do with it ? Attach weights to it or hang from the ceiling by it ?

Thai men will try anything to get their girl to say they are great on the mattress. Met a monk once who told me he had small"pearls" (probably glass beads) inserted below the skin of the penis before he joined the monkhood. Thought it was horrible but others tell me girls love it. There's no understanding some folks.

Having worked in urology I can't see how a testicular ring would help increase the length of his manhood. Removable rubber penile rings which surround the base of the penis and sit behind the testicles are used to prevent the blood flowing out of the penis so the penis stays erect. Anything around the testicles simply cuts off the blood flow to the testes and would cause gangrene and they drop off!!!! Its a technique used in vetinary practice to castrate animals.

Must have been a small ring and an even smaller appendage  :omfg:

You'd think with 4 guys in the room it would have shrunk and the ring fall off.
