Destroying the evidence -  Fire Exits, Safety Measures, Materials used for Insulation/Fireproofing, etc.

 

Making the prosecution and lawsuits more difficult.

And tie thinking demolishing the building was appropriate hiding or destroying the evidence here is a normal way of doing things the justice system here stinks owners liability laws here are nonexistent TIT

What ever happens the owners plus investors are going to pay a heavy price  in compensation  to the victims  and deservedly  so
