Im trying to make a new Bangkok topic, where to find a good optical store in Silom, to renew prescription glasses and sunglasses. 
 

Hopefully able to make curved glasses as well. 

 

Can not make new Topic for Bangkok or any other topics that makes sense other in general or extras

Seems blanked out to me

The link takes you to the bangkok forum. Then you will click  at the top of the page,

And it takes me to the menu where I have to select, some is active and most is innactive options for me. Before I could do as you explain, but not anymore.

The link takes you directly to the Bangkok forum.  No need to select the forum you want to go to.

Just click post a new topic on the page.

You can't select the Bangkok forum because you are already in the Bangkok forum. That is why that menu option is greyed out.

 

Click the x on the select forum box:

 

 

Then click Start new topic:

It works on Android not my Ipad
