Buy a bigger bird. I had a bit of a pigeon problem and hung a bird mobile simmilar to below. It flaps its wings in the breeze, and keeps them away.

Bird Mobile

The pigeons landed on this type of "deterrent".

In the end simply had a professional pest control guy come and fit netting that is all but invisible and spikes on the perch areas. Never had a problem since, money well spent.

Not for me. I hate balconies with nets and won’t rent or live there.

Someone suggested a laser pen light. Got one from Lazada for Bht 193 and it seems to work, they fly off when the beam hits them. Shall do it for a few days to prove it.

It's a bit hot at the moment to be sitting on my lawn, so at 6pm I shall crack open a Federbrau, move my balcony chair onto the lawn, tune into Caroline Flashback and zap the buggers.
