What documentation should be included in a rental contract by the owner of it?  The owner's ID card and proof of ownership of the condo unit? Does anyone have a sample PIC of what should be included?

You'll find a template online. No docs specified in agreement but to do TM30 which landlord should do you'll need ID and proof of ownership, don't try and offload that to tenants

There seems to be a new law (not too sure how new), but Landlord can only charge a 1 month deposit.
