Fugitive Chinese-Born Grey Businessman Still In Thailand, Protected By A Big Shot

THE CHINESE-BORN businessman who has evaded arrest on drug-related charges is currently hiding somewhere in Thailand under care of a highly-placed, powerful person, said former MP Chuvit Kamonvisit Saturday (Nov.19).

 

Chuvit, widely known as an entertainment business entrepreneur, said the fugitive Chinese-born businessman, identified as Tu Hao alias Chaiyanat Kornchaiyanan, who has been charged with owning an illegally-operated nighttime bar in Yannawa area and being involved in money-laundering businesses and drugs, has been staying in hiding at an undisclosed place in this country and taken care of by the unidentified influential Thai national.

 

The businessman who has earlier donated three million baht in cash to the ruling Palang Pracharath Party currently remains at large following news reports that he had flown a private jet from Sunny 604 air field in the premises of the air force’s Wing 6 at Don Muang to Bor Fai air base in Hua Hin late last month.

I know different people have different skin types and colors but I've never heard anyone with grey skin.

Dealing drugs and money laundering are not grey business but outright crime. As much as Chuwit past shenanigans.

wasn't this mafia boss arrested the last month and his property confiscated? So he was granted bail by which court?

how common is for private jets to fly between military airfields? And if it isn't doesn't it implicate the big shot as a military person?

Actually 'grey' skin seems quite appropriate to me, considering the term 'Greys' is often used to refer to aliens ! And that's what these people think of us

I think another alias is Haozhe Du, and Mafia Hao.

 

He is said to be married to a Thai policewoman in Phuket who is a niece of a former police general.

 

 

Just when you think Thailand couldn't be more corrupt, they go ahead and crank it to 11.

 

At least someone in the RTAF was smart enought the  move the jet from RTAF HQ at DMK to some tiny field near Hua Hin.

 

This one has everything, the government/ruling party taking bribes donations, the police protecting criminal interests, the Thai military supporting criminals.

Yes indeed, as I have quoted in several posts. During my 20 years in Thailand, I learnt this at an early stage, especially when dealing with local Immigration in "country bumpkin" territory!
