Popular Post webfact Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 Picture: Thai Rath A second occurrence of widespread cheating in RTP exams has surfaced. The exams for sergeants that took place on November 27th had "multiple irregularities". This followed alleged cheating at administrators' exams back in January. Now RTP chief Damrongsak Kittipraphat has done what chiefs always do when this happens. Form a committee. Instead of one to investigate each accusation of cheating he is putting one man in charge of both. Of course he is a policeman, the RTP is only subject to internal audit of its personnel, this aids in letting the guilty go off scot free. In charge is Lt-Gen Nirandorn Leuamsri, assistant commander, reported Thai Rath. Damrongsak also said what chiefs always say. There will be a full investigation with justice to all sides amid the highest standards of transparency that the force can muster. This is the same kind of transparency that can be achieved by rubbing a diamond on the side of a pane of glass and expecting to see through it, suggests ASEAN NOW. The press have information that the January case and this one in November have the same miscreants behind the scenes. Cheating over the years in police exams has been widespread. A few years ago there was a major scandal about cheating in entrance exams. Seventy three at least have been named in connection with cheating in January and more are expected to follow now. But whether it is just those sitting the papers who are disciplined or it goes higher up is always the burning question in Thailand. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-12-12 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Popular Post Mavideol Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 no need for a committee to investigate anything, it's a waste of time and money when everybody already knows the outcome....just by looking at some RTP agents and their lack of any physical shape we know how they must have been selected not to mention speaking to some as well, they poor speaking/dialog skills, poor social skills (just to mention a few points) tells us a lot about the hiring/selection process 10 1

Popular Post radiochaser Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 Not much to do with this story other than it's about someone cheating on tests. Grand daughter is in the first grade. She has told me about a classmate that has been copying her answers to tests that she has been taking. The class has desks that seat two kids side by side, so it is probably easy to do. The other day she told me that when taking math tests, she has been writing the wrong answer to some of her math problems. Her classmate then copies the wrong answer. When he isn't looking she erases the wrong answer and writes in the correct answer. She is six years old and figured that out? 11 3 3 5
Popular Post Aussieroaming Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 Brown uniforms in order to camouflage the brown envelopes. Hub of corruption, well done all. 6 3
DjSilver Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 We all know that police is a 2nd or 3rd class citizen in all countries. It's no secret, since they can't become anything better ???????????? 1
mjakob007 Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 So relieved they are examined for the right capabilities, before being promoted.. 1
Asquith Production Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 I think if you get caught cheating then you fail the exam. It's only the more devious, who do not get caught that can rise to the dizzy heights of supervisor. 1

Robert Tyrrell Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 Hello , Would you expect anything else from RTP and there already corrupt behavior !!!?? ???? 1 1
dallen52 Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 To be honest. Wouldn't expect any less ... The biggest crims in LOS are the BIB... 1 1
Popular Post woodyashy1 Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 Cheating is part of the qualifications needed to be a cop. Teaches them how to do their job. 3
Popular Post Bangkok Barry Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 A colourful report, but accurate. Everyone in Thailand knows that the RTP is absolutely rotten to the core and polluted with people who are never to be trusted under any circumstances. The absolute opposite of what is expected in civilised countries but perfectly normal in a third world banana republic. 3 1 2
MrJ2U Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 No wonder no Thai has respect for police or immigration officials. It's a good job if you can afford the minimum 300,000 baht fee to join either. 2
