I could be wrong but I am fairly sure that a woman would know if she has had sex or not without forensics , there would be no reason to risk going to jail herself "if" they did take her to hospital for a check up to see if sex had taken place. There are a fair few wanna-be`s on here who seem to think they are either inspector Clouseau,inspector Morse and probably inspector gadget`s. Regardless of what anyone thinks of the Thai police force or Thai authorities this case like all others will follow its due course and I assure you they will reach a conclusion and perhaps an warrant or two ,  all without the expertise of the Asean Now police force.  ????

It happens, and when a woman tells her story, she deserve to be heard, same as the rich man is innocent to guilt proven! Why is it so hard for some  to accept simple things like that? Instead you guys put blaim on the woman whos story is second hand information, or most likely third hand through the police.

I don't think I ever had a 100% blackout. But I had a couple of nights where on the next day I had to think a little longer about what happened in which order and how I got home.

And I learned from that that it's not a good idea to get wasted. Because in that condition we don't really know what we do and possibly we do stupid things. And possibly other people take advantage of us.

And that risk is obviously a lot higher for women.

If I did stupid things after I got intoxicated, then I would think after that: I should have made sure I don't get that intoxicated. And if I ever get that intoxicated and bad things happen then it's my own fault.

Surely if she thought she had been sexually assaulted she would go to the police and report it, they in turn would get a hospital to do a medical examination? Secure specimens etc. The police would arrest the alleged perp and question him? Was any of this basic stuff undertaken?

There are few facts in this case and no evidence of sexual activity.

 

However, we do know that this woman and her friend are used to going to parties with strange men they do not know. They admit knowing that drug taking would happen and they admit drugs were freely offered and taken.

 

I suspect nothing would be heard from this girl if she had woken up with some money in her purse and that her claims stem from not being paid. She now accuses her friend of possibly being paid but not passing on her share and her friend responds by telling her that the guy involved is rich.

 

There is a word for girls who get paid for sex and that word is prostitute; someone who exchanges sexual favours for money and there is an old (and inappropriate for woke folks) joke about how does a prostitute know she has been raped and the answer is when the cheque bounces. For the uninitiated, that means that the "rape" is only claimed when the payment doesn't materialise and that had the money been paid, then there would have been no "rape".

 

This is a story of a hooker who has not been paid or her also hooker friend didn't pass on her share. In so far as you can believe any of it of course.

Drugged ... volunteering to take drugs, isn't being drugged.

 

Raped ... maybe, but apparently, she doesn't even know.  May have had a great time, just don't remember.  I'd be surprised if police and or prosecutor touch this one, as that's one weak case to win.

 

Hopefully lesson learned if she doesn't want a repeat night.
