I'm living in Pattaya and my son is going to start going to school. I was wondering if there are any recommendations for good and affordable international schools.

Good for you for wanting the best for your child.

Take a look at Regents International School.  It can run up to 20k USD per year.

I agree it would be better to send them to a home country school.

Seems very expensive here for what may not be a top notch education.

I think this school has a good reputation:

About 10,000 THB per term for KG/primary grade students.  It employs native speaking teachers (NES) for English classes and the teacher qualifications/background checks etc are at a high standard.  But check for yourself ????
