Classified documents from Biden’s time as VP discovered in private office

Vice President Biden stole classified government records and gave them to the Biden Think Tank which received millions in anonymous donations from China. How can Biden be trusted now? As president now what else has done, **are there more stolen documents from his VP days, what docs has he shared and with who? Just don't know what corruption and treason is swu=irling around this Biden scandal.
FBI raids and investigations are the only way forward now to root out, expose and prosecute any treasonous acts undertaken by Biden.

From what is known publicly at this time, the Biden papers stand in sharp contrast in scale and importance to the Mar-a-Lago stash of documents. One is potentially criminal (Trump). And one is not criminal (Biden).

 

Trump’s materials contained over 100 documents with classification markings, comprising 700 pages; some of the Trump documents contained the highest levels of classification, including Special Access Program materials.

It's been mentioned to you many times that it doesn't matter as:

- the law doesn't require the documents to be classified,

- there is no evidence that Trump declassified the documents he had.

How many times will you post it?

The same B.S, again. China started to give money to UPenn in 2014, four years before the creation of the Biden Center. Actually it receive more money before, than after the creation of the Biden Center. 115 universities also got money from China.

This is ridiculous.

We already know about that, its been covered in this OP already, none of that money went to The Biden Center. So unsprisingly your false calim is just that. Untrue.

He was in possession without color of right, stolen classified government documents unless Obama steps up and admits he declassified the documents and gave them to Biden (which is unlikely) then Biden is on the hook for illegally possessing classified and sensitive government records. Possesion of something by illegal means, ie theft, despite your obfuscation and defference Biden had no right to possess classified documents ater leaving office.

His lawyers uncovered and reported the classified records in Biden's private office at UPenn.

 

Has Biden denied having stolen classified documents relating to Ukraine, Iran,  in his possession.

Don't be foolish, of course he didn't because he can't, he got caught red handed.

Vice Presidents are allowed to have classified documents away from the Whitehouse. That is not the concern, the concern is why they were left at the office there. This is nothing to do with declassifying documents.

 

A tweet from the conspiracy theorist Marjorie Green does not make it so................lol

Theft, unauthorized possession of classified and sensitive gov't docs, materials indictment could be the least of Biden's worries and a great gift to Trump and could be another crowning gaffe and failure, and entry to Biden's corroded legacy.

 

I don't see Biden coming out of this one unscathed, but instead he will incur again his frequent humiliation in the eyes of the nation and the world.

 

He's got to be the greatest failure in American politics hands down!

No. The law governing this case that the possessor of the documents had to be shown to willfully defy the law. It also specifies that when the return of the documents is requested by the appropriate authorities, it is a crime to refuse to return them. So under the law that makes Trump guilty twice already. Then there is the further additional crime of obstruction of justice. Trump lied about being in possession of documents he had no right to be holding.
