A committee has been set up to consider disciplinary and criminal action against four Thai police officers who are accused of providing vehicle escort services to Chinese tourists, from Suvarnabhumi airport to their hotels in Bangkok.

Prices frozen for baby milk formula and canned fish

The move was indirectly praised by Pheu Thai Party standard bearer Paetongtarn Shinawatra (centre) who said it showed that General Prawit had more charisma and is more popular than Prime Minister Prayut Chan ocha.


Monday will see a return of the former economic team, including three key ministers under General Prayut, to front-line politics and the ranks of the Palang Pracharat Party including ex-economic czar Somkid Jatusripitak.
