NORDO
I have received a myriad of opinions on this item and have studied the immigration procedures, but still a bit fuzzy. Came to LOS Mid OCT 22' for my five month winter home as I have done for many years. A combination of visas, extensions and border trips. Covid era was a bit mirky but doable. This winter a bit of a snag came up. 60 day STV mid OCT 22' 30 day extension good till 15 Jan 23' trip to VTE gave me an additional 45 days good until late Feb 23' Snag on 26 Jan 23' and had to go Portugal for a real Estate issue. Now want to come back to Thailand to finish my Mai Sai to Satun bicycle ride. Best option to return with little chance of IO denial? MTV (not sure if possible) STV VOA No visa, stamp in only. Seems straight forward, but murky when I think about it. IMG_0088.HEIC IMG_0079.HEIC

Freddy42OZ
Oh you mean re-enter. I was trying to figure out what your post had to do with being a renter in LOS.???? 1
brianthainess
Arriving by plane, should be no problem, you should get 45days on entry. i.e. VOE.

METV multiple entry tourist visa. Not best option. STV you mean SETV single entry tourist visa. Gives 60 day stamp and can be extended by 30 days Good option. VOA visa on arrival. Not applicable. No visa. Referred to as visa exempt entry. Will give 45 day stamp (untill March 31) and can be extended by 30 days. Excellent option. Note may require purchase of onward flight within 45 days of entry. Edited February 10, 2023 by DrJack54
BritTim
You will be fine coming in visa exempt (45 days). I say that as someone who is very cautious when it comes to using visa exemptions by air. No rational immigration official is going to questions your status as a genuine tourist. I assume you already have your return ticket to Europe sorted out.
