This may already have been reported. Use this for retirement appts & some others at CW.

 

Mac Safari didn't connect but Chrome seems to work.

Not sure of your source for the link - It looks like from the url you provided this is for the old location at Wattana Rd, which is no longer the location for extensions. This is the link you need for Bangkok appointments - The location is Immigration Office (IT Square Laksi Plaza, 3rd Floor)

How about going to the main immigration website and clicking the online appointment tab.

It has every immigration office in the country listed

https://www.immigration.go.th/

 

Remember in Bangkok if you entered without buying a visa before you came here you go to IT Square Laksi Plaza third floor for your extension NOT the main immigration office in the government complex at Chaengwattana

 

Also turn off pop up blocker because that tab is a pop
