Popular Post snoop1130
Director-General of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, Rutchada Suriyakul Na Ayutya, was arrested on corruption charges in December as a result of whistle-blowing Thailand’s leading graft-fighters have appealed to politicians and political parties contesting the next general election to demonstrate a clear commitment to dealing with corruption, which they said has become more visible and widespread. They also urged members of the public to be more mindful of what they described as a scourge “that is eating away at society”. “Politicians have the primary responsibility in taking the lead in the fight against corruption,” said Niwatchai Kasemmongkol, secretary general of the National Anti-Corruption Commission. Nope, YOU have, and you failed. Wikipedia: The core mandates of the commission are to root out corruption by investigating unusual wealth or abuses of power for personal gain committed by government officials or politicians. Critics have charged that the commission tackles issues of a political nature that do not involve corruption per se. Thus, "...it has not remained politically impartial, the core quality of an independent agency."
