THAI netizens got annoyed after British Ambassador to Cambodia Dominic Williams posted a photo on his Facebook page with the caption saying “Khmer dessert” but what was shown is known to be Thai dessert, Amarin TV said today (Mar. 1).

...when i eat that dessert, it's just a dessert, not khmer nor thai. obviously, i'm neither thai nor khmer,

Is this "news" even worth its use of "ink"? ????

People get "enraged" so very easily nowadays...

It's all about the distractions - worthy or not.

As are the other items of random, sensationalized, gossipy, tabloid-like info that passes for news and pushed continuously.

So, this has firmly been established about  netizens:

1. They are some of the most petty people on earth.

2. They have way, way too much time on their hands and do not appear to be working hard enough.

3. Their skin is thinner than tissue paper.

I also suspect that these netizen types are not numerous or influential. Kind of a made up term.

Great percentage of everyday folks don't consider such things.

Must be a slow day news wise to print a story of Thai people getting worked up over a photo taken of a fruit dessert

But.....................there's culture at stake here, not to mention FACE!
