Patong – Seven people have been arrested for allegedly illegally processing cannabis buds on Bangla Road and Soi Sane Sabai in Patong.

 

On Monday night (March 13th) a team of medical staffers from the Department of Thai Traditional Medicine and the Patong Police inspected cannabis shops on Bangla Road and in Soi Sane Sabai.

 

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that seven people have been arrested.

I don't really understand what "processing" means in this case.

Were they caught on-the-spot making extracts/oils/etc?   Grinding buds?  Rolling herb?

Vague? I guess it's sort of the point. Keep it vague, arrest people on nebulous grounds
