Bangkok Police conducted a raid on counterfeit band name products at a store on the third floor of MBK shopping mall in Bangkok today and seized goods worth over 5 million baht. The store was reported to be operated by an Indian mafia gang called Babu.

Pattaya — Five Indian phone scammers and 15 Thai accomplices were arrested following a major scam bust yesterday across Thailand. The suspects swindled 365 American retirees out of over three billion baht, according to police.

Thai Defence Ministry to be asked to help in search for missing caesium-137

The Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP) will seek help from the Ministry of Defence to look for the missing caesium-137, as officials remain unsure that the radiation already detected in several places is actually from the missing radioactive material, according to Kitkawin Aramrun, a radiation expert at the OAP.
