Popular Post LaosLover
In many such cases, a gag order is issued to stop the defendant from talking nonsense. As I understand it, in Trump's case, it's been upgraded to a ball-gag order. Stormy spanked him, and now a fat black guy will gag him. Kinky! 1

LaosLover
A recent poll of liberals reveals: "He's been making us gag forever WITHOUT a gag order". There's also a charge called contempt of court that he appears to absolutely itching for. A ruling judge will say: "Contempt? The feeling is mutual". There is no specific provision in the United States Constitution for Executive Orders. However, Section 1 of Article II (the Executive Power) is generally viewed as granting authority for such orders. Section 1 says simply: “The Executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.” Sections 3 and 4 of Article II provide potential limitations on executive action (including Executive Orders) in stating that the President shall “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” and in providing for impeachment and removal of the President in cases where the President is convicted of “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." https://www.americanbar.org/groups/public_education/resources/teacher_portal/educational_resources/executive_orders/ Edited April 1, 2023 by Salerno 1

Article II of the U.S. Constitution vests executive powers in the President, makes him the commander in chief, and requires that the President “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Laws can also give additional powers to the President. While an executive order can have the same effect as a federal law under certain circumstances, Congress can pass a new law to override an executive order, subject to a presidential veto. So has congress vetoed the executive orders Made by Trump or Biden? Edited April 1, 2023 by ThailandRyan 1

And no doubt those charges would not only stick, they would likely result in this sad mans spending many of his remaining years in prison. But, I don't think there is political will to lock up an ex president. These charges would appear to confirm that. Yet you don't mention Biden or his coke filled son? power corrupts and I'm pretty sure they are all corrupt if they pick on Trump all Hell will break loose and he will be acquitted anyway 1 1

As has been repeatedly proven, Joe Biden was acting on the instructions of none other than the president of the United States and the state department in pushing for the removal of a corrupt prosecutor who later claimed that he was pursuing burisma. His own staff says that was a lie. In fact, he wasn't going after any of the oligarchs including the owners of burisma. 2
Popular Post Fat is a type of crazy
How dumb and reckless has Trump been, knowing how much scrutiny he would be under as a potential President or as President, not to have the right legal people in place to make sure he broke no laws. Similar to some degree or other for the calls to Georgia, the treatment of records, and January 6.
