Police and locals thought he was dead.

 

A man had climbed up for among the high power cables and twisted wires.

 

But it was just a man who had won the lottery - the first three numbers - and went to collect his money.

 

He got so paralytic celebrating his win he climbed up for a nap.

 

And lived to tell the tale!

The story played out on the Facebook page of Klong Toei Land pictured snoozing at the end of Soi Phai Singto off Rama 4 in the Thong Lo police area of Bangkok, reported Daily News.

 

The electrical authorities arrived with their cranes and baskets and got him down.

 

He'd been there overnight after getting the 111 number.
